Mongolia Card

On this post i'll show you my first postcard from Mongolia. It took me a long time to get a card from there and fortuantely i got this great night view from the capital city Ulaanbaatar. The country has only two neighbour states: Russia and China. Mongolia is after Kazakhstan the second-largest landlocked country in the world. Moreover the country counts to the most sparely populated areas in the world - 3.2 million people are living on an area of 1.564.116 km². Mongolia has a long history and the country is suitable for nomadic animal husbandry. The biggest city and capital city is Ulaanbaatar. The currency is the Mongolian tugrik and the language is Mongol. The most well known person from Mongolia is Dschingis Khan, which united Mongolia in 1190.
